1. Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, payment references, and communication history when you place an order, request support, or use the Maxima Solution client portal.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to deliver publishing services, manage revisions, process orders, provide support, improve our website, and communicate about your projects.
3. Portal and Account Data
Portal login activity, uploaded files, and project records are stored securely for service delivery, billing support, and quality control. Access is limited to authorized team members and the account owner.
4. Free Tools and AI Chat Assistant
Our free calculators (KDP royalty, cover & spine size, page count, metadata score, print readiness) do not require an account and do not store the figures you enter beyond the page load that calculates your result. Our website's live chat is AI-generated: your messages are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a reply, and if a conversation indicates you are ready to start a project, a summary may be forwarded to our team by email so we can follow up.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use essential cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not process online card payments directly - payment is arranged and confirmed manually (for example by bank transfer), and no card details are collected or stored by our website or portal. We may share limited information with trusted service providers such as our AI chat provider, email providers, file storage, or hosting partners only when required to operate our services.
7. Data Retention
We retain project and account records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
8. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@maximasolution.com.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, email hello@maximasolution.com or visit our contact page.
